630 Dual Reel Takeup and Traverse: 

Auto Double coiling take-up is suitable for spooling with bobbin diameter from 500mm to 1250mm. Models of different diameter specifications are available according to customer's requirements. Each model supports 2 types of spools, and 400 taper spools are compatible for this series.

Spool change are automatic, which does not require the machine to shut or slow down. Loading and unloading can be switched between manual mode and automatic mode, full spool can be switched to empty spool at maximum speed without wire accumulation. The machine is controlled by PLC and has a touch screen interface, can be integrated to any extrusion line.
